Fitness Trainer ( Flexibility and Movement )
I have been an athlete since I was a child, playing basketball, baseball, and soccer for many
years. When I went to college, I was introduced to mixed martial arts and it really resounded with me.
The following year I had my first ever yoga class, and shortly after became a yoga instructor as well.
Yoga really showed me how years of athletics can build discrepancies in the body. My focus as a personal trainer is having a well-balanced body, increasing range of motion, rehabbing old injuries, and improving any weaknesses between the sides. I have a background in power lifting, interval training, and agility work. If you want to learn how to be a more welll balanced individual, improve athletic performance, or just learn how to be more healthy in general, I’d love to have an opportunity to help you learn.
